Job Overview:
A field sales executive is responsible for generating new business by directly visiting potential clients,
building relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales to meet sales targets, all while actively managing
customer accounts and maintaining ongoing relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Promote and sell company products at assigned locations.
● Complete mandatory product and compliance training.
● Collaborate with members of different teams.
● Develop engaging sales pitches for different target customers.
● Collect customer contact information and follow up with leads.
● Maintain the customer database.
● Build strong customer relationships.
● Create sales, needs analysis and cost–benefit reports.
● Monitor competitor sales strategies.
● Other duties as assigned.
Job requirements and skills:
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
● Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team, contributing to team success
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification and closing deals
● Familiarity with Google Sheet and MS Office.
● Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
● Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
● Customer service skills
