Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development programs
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives
Liaise with external agencies for recruitment and compliance matters
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR management or related role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
