Key Responsibilities :- 

 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
 Lead and mentor Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Engineers, and Business
Associates.
 Manage and grow key accounts by building strong client relationships.
 Acquire new customers through targeted visits, exhibitions, and networking.
 Expand dealer and OEM network in key territories.
 Ensure timely collection of payments and accurate CRM reporting.
 Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Service, R&D, Dispatch) to ensure
smooth delivery and support.
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Requirements :- 

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business
 7+ years of industrial equipment sales experience, with at least 3 in a managerial role.
 Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
 Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
 Willingness to travel extensively across India.

KPIs / Metrics
 Sales revenue achievement.
 New customer acquisition.
 Timely payment collection.

 Lead generation & conversion ratio.
 Customer retention & satisfaction.
