Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial management for two retail stores (and future expansions).
Fix and manage the commission system (linking it to profits, conversion, and sales
targets).
Cash flow control: daily bank reconciliation, vendor payments, expense monitoring.
Build replenishment model in coordination with purchaser (stock rotation, sell-through
tracking).
Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements; close books on time.
Establish internal controls to plug leakages (discount misuse, cash handling).
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Provide weekly dashboards to management (sales, cash, outstanding, margins).
Qualifications
CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
4–6 years of experience in retail or FMCG finance.
Strong ERP/accounting system knowledge (Odoo, Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.).
Sharp analytical ability; problem-solver.
