Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats.
2. Provide accurate information about products and services.
3. Record and update customer details in CRM.
4. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service standards.
Requirements:
1. Graduate/Undergraduate with excellent English communication skills.
2. 0–2 years of customer service (voice) experience preferred.
3. Good typing speed and knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
4. Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
5. Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts.
