Responsibilities:
 Manage and supervise the production line for ESS, Lithium-ion Batteries, or Lithium
Inverters.
 Ensure production targets are met within specified timelines and quality standards.
 Implement and maintain efficient production processes and workflows.
 Oversee inventory management and material flow on the production line.
 Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
 Train and mentor production staff.
 Collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to optimize production processes and introduce
new products.
 Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
 Prepare and present production reports.

Qualifications:
 Proven experience (2-4 years) in production or line management within the Energy
Storage Systems, Lithium-ion Battery, or Lithium Inverter industry.
 Hands-on experience with production line operations and processes.
 Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and quality control.
 Ability to lead and manage a production team working on the line.
 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is a plus.
