Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
• Lead multiple interior design and fit-out projects simultaneously across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and design teams.
• Manage the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and handover.
Client Coordination:
• Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure clear communication of project requirements, progress updates, and design intent.
• Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or conflicts promptly.
Planning & Scheduling:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and mitigate risks or delays.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to align on project timelines.
Budget & Cost Control:
• Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment with cost estimates.
• Approve procurement requests and manage subcontractor payments and variations.
• Collaborate with QS and finance teams to track costs and optimize resource use.
Team & Site Management:
• Lead site teams, project engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Oversee snagging and ensure proper handover of completed projects.
Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure all works are carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental policies on all project sites.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for approval.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
• Experience: 8–12 years of project management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior role within the interior design or fit-out industry.
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
o Excellent project planning and organizational skills.
o Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
o Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
o In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.
• Experience with luxury interior projects or international clients.
