Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for plywood in the assigned area.
- Drive revenue growth through effective channel management and direct sales.
- Market Development
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retailers to expand market reach.
- Strengthen brand visibility through promotional activities, exhibitions, and product awareness campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers to generate demand.
- Ensure timely support and service to customers for long-term partnerships.
- Channel & Team Management
- Monitor distributor and dealer performance, ensuring regular stock availability and timely collections.
- Guide, motivate, and monitor sales executives/representatives in the territory.
- Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
- Provide regular market feedback to the management for strategy formulation.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure proper execution of sales orders, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle credit management and ensure collection of payments within defined timelines.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of plywood, laminates, veneer, or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Result-oriented with high levels of self-motivation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in plywood/building materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in assigned regions.
