Building Material (UPVC, Toughened Glass, Tiles, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports.
Market Development
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
Build and maintain relationships with key dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors.
Conduct market research to track competitor activities and industry trends.
Team Management
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
Monitor team performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Submit timely MIS reports to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in sales, preferably in building material (UPVC, toughened glass, tiles, etc.).
Gender Preference: Male candidates only.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
