Job Responsibilities:
Operational planning – manpower planning, manpower sourcing, training, grooming,
daily and periodical work schedule, based on operational costs and budgets of the site
specific.
Operational monitoring – day to day monitoring of all projects, performances
monitoring of the team members, detailed in the above plans and co-coordinating for
functional smoothness and ‘ready-for-audit’ status at all given times.
Monitoring the specialized service teams for carrying out the multifunctional activities,
like Marble polishing, Façade cleaning, Carpet cleaning and Deep cleaning at the multi
locations.
Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports.
Taking facility rounds and find out snags and fix the same immediately.
Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in and initiate immediate actions.
Indent monthly requirements for soft services as per the monthly budget.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have his own two-wheeler.
Should have handled corporate clients.
Should be graduate from any stream.
