Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of HVAC & Data Center solutions:
  • HVAC sensors (temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, level)
  • Controllers & actuators
  • AHU controls & VAV systems
  • Energy Management Systems (EMS)
  • Fire alarm & life‑safety systems
  • Data Center environment monitoring solutions
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and system integrators
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs
• Identify new business, generate leads, and drive sales closures
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to expand networks and stay informed on market trends

 Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in HVAC/BMS
• Hands-on experience with brands like Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Johnson Controls
• Background in selling Data Center environmental monitoring solutions is a plus
• Proven track record with HVAC sensors, EMS, fire alarms, and security systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
