Key Responsibilities:
● Work as the first responder for new patient inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
● Handle patient calls, scheduling, and coordination of sessions
● Deliver psychoeducative content and communication to clients
● Accompany the team for corporate visits, college workshops, and community events and assist the Project Director with the planning of the works.
● Collaborate with mental health professionals for seamless execution of wellness initiatives
● Collaborate with HR teams, wellness leads, and corporate partners to organize mental health programs, talks, and check-ins.
Ideal Candidate:
● Background in Psychology, wellness, or healthcare preferred.
● Strong people skills — warm, responsive, and emotionally aware.
● Proactive, organized, and a multitasker with great time management.
● Comfortable with public speaking and professional client interaction.
● Open to occasional travel for events and corporate collaborations.
