Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all documentation related to export and import shipments, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other statutory documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and transporters to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export-import regulations.
- Maintain and update records of dispatches and customs documentation.
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular updates to relevant departments.
- Handle correspondence with clients and vendors related to shipping and logistics.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure readiness of materials for dispatch.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate/B.Com or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in industrial units is a must.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in chemical industries.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation software.
