Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Manage and supervise the accounts department, ensuring accurate accounting and timely financial reporting.
Handle taxation matters, including GST, TDS, income tax, and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Monitor and analyze financial data to guide strategic business decisions.
Prepare and present MIS reports and financial statements to the management.
Manage day-to-day banking operations, fund management, and liaise with banks for loans, overdrafts, and guarantees.
Ensure cost control across projects and maintain healthy cash flow.
Lead, train, and mentor the finance and accounts team across project sites.

Key Requirements:
10–15 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in a civil construction company.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation laws, and accounting principles.
Proven ability to handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Experience in managing banking transactions and relationships.
Leadership capabilities to manage a finance team across multiple locations.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
