Responsibilities (Video Editing)
 Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
 Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications.
 Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on
scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
 Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
 Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects.
 Create rough and final cuts.
 Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
 Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
 Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and
 industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
Responsibilities (Graphic Designing)
 Study design briefs and determine requirements.
 Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
 An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial
environment.
 Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software’s.
 Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
 Test graphics across various media.
 Amend designs after feedback.
 Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Requirements (Video Editing)
 Proven work experience as .
 Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (such as
DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro.)
 Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.

 Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity.
 Familiarity with special effects and compositing.
 Creative mind and storytelling skills.

Requirements (Graphic Designing)
 Proven graphic design experience. Art background is also appreciated.
 A strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphics.
 Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.)
 A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Required Qualification:
 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
 2 to 4 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
showcasing graphic design and video editing skills.
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator,
Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign and After Effects.
 Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and
layout techniques.
 Experience working with various file formats and optimizing graphics and
videos for web and social media.
 Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight
deadlines.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
