Read More »Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Categorization & Ideation:
Categorization: Organize and categorize existing disinfectant products to align with market needs and company strategy.
Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and conceptualize new product opportunities in the disinfectant space.
Product Development & New Product Launches:
Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and develop new disinfectant products, therapies, and devices.
Plan and execute product launches and relaunches, ensuring they meet company goals and market demands.
Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, ensuring products remain competitive.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to assess demand, understand competitor offerings, and identify gaps and opportunities in the disinfectant industry.
Develop effective product campaigns to maximize visibility and market penetration.
Pricing & Profitability:
Set appropriate pricing models for different markets and customer segments, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive.
Continuously review pricing structures to maximize margins and align with market dynamics.
Regulatory Compliance & Product Testing:
Ensure all products meet necessary regulatory standards and certifications, both regionally and globally.
Implement and oversee product testing protocols and traceability systems to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.
Product Visualization & Branding:
Collaborate with the design and branding teams to create compelling product presentations and branding strategies.
Lead initiatives to strengthen brand identity in the disinfectant market and beyond, ensuring brand consistency across product lines.
Document Review & Audit Cycles:
Oversee the documentation process for new product developments, ensuring all required documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Lead product audits to ensure traceability and compliance with internal and external standards.
Sales Support & Training:
Support the sales team by providing necessary product insights, training materials, and product differentiation strategies.
Partner with the sales department to develop strategies that drive revenue and increase market share.
Project Management:
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product development projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all specified goals.
Set and manage product development timelines, ensuring efficient project completion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharma, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the disinfectant, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market research, and competitive analysis.
Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of regulatory standards in the disinfectant or healthcare industry is a must.
