1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales through Distributors and Direct dealing
with Industries.
2. Business development of Industrial Lubricants with sales to Industry with main
Emphasis on technical knowledge of Cutting Oils, Hydraulic Oils, Industrial Gear Oils
and its applications.
3. He should have preferably worked upon appointment of new Industrial Distributors
through Cold Calling and Personal meetings.
Profile
– Managing Direct Sales to Industry.
– Managing Payment with the Customers.
– Sales achievement and Fixing target of distributors
– Doing secondary sales in industries with distributor team, distributor area mapping etc.
Other Requirements:
1. Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
