1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales of Automotive Lubricants.
2. He must have worked with Automotive Distributors.
3. He should have preferably worked upon appointment of new Automotive Distributors
through Cold Calling and Personal meetings.
Profile
– Managing Sales to the Automotive Distributors, doing their secondary sales on the
retailers and mechanics.
– Managing Payment with the Distributors.
– Sales achievement and Fixing target of distributors.
– He should be doing 12 to 15 night stays in a month.
Other Requirements:
1. Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
