Responsibilities:
• Managing clients end to end creating and making presentations ideating and
coming up with solutions, concepts and ideas as per the client’s brief.
• Guiding and assisting the client in selecting the right solution. Briefing and
managing the operations teams coordinating event set-ups with vendors
whenever required creating cost estimates and invoices follow up for
payments.
• To manage and execute multiple key accounts and event projects across the
globe.
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events,
publications, and announcements.
• Willingness to travel. Travelling onsite for execution, coordinating with
vendors as per specification and within time lines and with short notice.
• Responsible for establishing relationship with the clients of the company.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Responsible for attending meetings with clients or interacting with them via
telephone or written communication.
• Responsible for overcoming the resistance of the clients and their objections
to services.
• Responsible for advising the higher management about the client needs.
• Responsible for taking enquiry details from client accurately.
• Responsible for preparing and providing weekly scheduled of planned
activities.
• Achieving 100% client satisfaction and client retention.
Reporting and analytics.
• Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and
marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to
demand generation, pipeline forecast and trends, conversion rates, target
account, market segmentation,etc.
• Calling the leads & arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Skill sets:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills very proficient in creating
and making powerpoint presentations. Ability to work on Microsoft Office
softwares. Ability to ideate and come up with solutions-concepts for event
themes, designs, etc
Personality traits:
• Team player confident people manage strong ability to work under pressure.
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging
problems on site during the event.
