Job Description
We are seeking an experienced C++ Software Engineer to lead and support our system development
and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and
implementing C++ solutions, ensuring high performance and low-latency execution across our
infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, contribute to
exciting projects, and support our mission of delivering cutting-edge, high-quality software solutions
to clients.
Key Responsibilities
● Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code.
● Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ applications.
● Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
● Identifying bottlenecks and improving application performance.
● Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
● Designing and implementing software solutions based on business needs.
● Defining architecture to solve complex problems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and
maintainability.
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and product managers.
● Ensuring that the software complies with security guidelines.
● Implementing security best practices in code to prevent vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
● Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in C++ development, with a focus on
designing and building high-performance systems and applications.
● Hands-on Expertise: Expertise in optimizing code for performance, managing memory,
and multi-threading to ensure ultra-low-latency operations.
● Experience with system architecture, algorithms, and data structures to build efficient,

scalable solutions.
● Performance Optimisation Skills: Expertise in handling large-scale systems, performing
code optimization, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
● Strong ability in profiling and tuning C++ applications to minimise latency and maximise
throughput.
● Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
● Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in
a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
