Job Title: Collections Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Collections Executives to join our team in Gurgaon. This role
involves working with an international collections agency. The ideal candidate will have
excellent communication skills in Hindi, with a preference for those who can also
communicate in English. Previous experience in tele-collections is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiating with and counselling customers to help them take informed decision
regarding their delinquent accounts, credit rating and financial wellbeing.
• Outbound calling to customers including follow up and reminders
• Help with feasible repayments schedules of clients aiming to secure full or partial
payment of debt
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints
efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Fluency in English
communication and other vernacular languages will give an advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience working in tele-collection is preferred.
• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle
difficult conversations professionally.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve disputes with
customers.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow up consistently.
