Capable to increase the sales through proactive sales and negotiation techniques.
Competently engage with prospects, build rapport and convert.
Accomplish sales goals and boost revenue.
Thorough product knowledge and customer relationship management.
Attend clients and explain the project thoroughly such as plans, layout, amenities, Ticket size, and
payment schedule etc.,
Preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly database of walk-in customers.
Excellent communication, Negotiation, and closing skills.
Meeting with CPs and keeping strong follow-up and generating references from visitors / closed
clients.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled period.
Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets.
Initiate leads through B2B and B2C sales calls and by leveraging existing networks to understand
their property requirements.
Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, in terms of both sourcing and closing – ensure
completion of sales targets consistently through the year.
Ensure cross-selling to enhance sales value productivity with existing customers and client
Relationship Building.
Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Teams etc) to ensure exceptional
customer service. Systems and Process Compliance.
