Job Duties:
 Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training of employees
 Organizational and space planning
 Performance management and improvement systems
 Organization development
 Regulatory compliance and reporting
 Employee orientation, development, and training
 Policy development and documentation
 Employee relationship management
 Employee Engagement, grooming, safety, welfare, and wellness education
 Company-employee communication
 Attendance, Salary, Compensation and benefits administration General Administration:
 Handling all administrative activities like maintenance of office equipment, housekeeping & maintenance of office and record keeping of office stationery including various formats.
 Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations & compliance with various governmental agencies monitoring disciplinary issues & legal matters.
 Preparing performance MIS reports on a monthly or quarterly basis.
