Brief introduction 

We are into Electricals, Working with brands like Panasonic, anchor, Bajaj, Havells etc.

Responsibilities
 Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
 Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Team.
 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs
 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
team
 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status
 To provide training to team.
 To achieve targets in given timeline.
 Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concern.
 Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and accordingly
preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
 Building, maintaining and managing the sales process through specific CRM software.
 Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
 Participating in sales team meetings.
 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements and skills

 Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field. (Masters preferred)
 3 years’ experience required.
 Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently
meeting or exceeding targets.
 Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
 Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all
levels of the organization.
 Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
 Strong business sense and industry expertise.
 Excellent monitoring, coaching and people management skills.
 Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
 Ability to handle the team.
 Skills of team handling and time management.
 Ability to work independently.
