Key Responsibilities:
Act as a technical resource for the back-office team, including customer service associates, client relationship associates, and accounting and purchasing specialists.
Provide expert guidance on HVAC systems, including centralized air conditioning units commonly used in the U.S.
Assist with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving related to HVAC components and systems.
Offer support to technicians by providing technical insights and solutions for diagnostics and repairs.
Stay updated on the latest HVAC industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the technical knowledge base within the organization.
Read and interpret HVAC system manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
Address technical inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure efficient operations
