Week Offs:
- 2 days fixed Week Offs during Winter
- 1 day fixed Week Off during Summer due to high demand (As per US Calendar and business requirements)
Shift Timing:
- US Shift
- During Winter: 8 AM to 5 PM CST (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
During Summer: 7 AM to 5 PM CST (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) (As per US Time Zone, depending upon business requirements and Daylight Saving)
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Maintain and manage the company’s chart of accounts.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry and reconciliations.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage financial records and transactions.
- Generate accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improved financial performance.
- Collaborate with management to provide insights into financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Purchasing:
- Oversee all purchasing activities, including sourcing parts and equipment.
- Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Compare prices, terms, and delivery options to secure cost-effective deals.
- Coordinate with the service and maintenance teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases and expenses.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize purchasing processes.
- Assess inventory needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Provide reporting on purchasing trends and cost-saving measures
Qualification:
Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to secure cost-effective purchasing deals.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain management is a plus.
