Growth strategy and Content Research
 Coming up with new and clicky titles concepts that will make audience click and
watch the video and planning of how to present it in a best way in the video.
 Being up to date with the competition channels by regular research and watching
videos from other channels.
 Continually coming up with new content strategies for maximizing growth.
Team management
 Managing production: managing team in such a way so that schedule and video
quality are taken care of
 Doing Quality Checks and giving constant feedback for Scripts, Voiceovers and video
such that overall video quality is increased.
 Giving clear instructions to thumbnail artist for making a simple, clicky and attractive
thumbnail for the best CTR.
YouTube SEO and uploading

 Doing the SEO of the videos such that it will rank on YouTube and gain more views
and help to grow channel.
 Uploading and maintaining the upload schedule for the Channel
Develop Skills and knowledge:
 Learning new skill and knowledge regarding making better videos by watching
tutorial videos, attending courses, and constantly implementing feedbacks from the
audience.
 Learning communication and personal skills to manage team in a better way.
