Following is the Job Description:-

·        Prepare a daily dispatch report of all ports loading. (Mumbai, Mangalore, Encore, and Kandla 9:30am to 10:00am).

·        Collecting all LR’S of dispatched material from all ports from whatsapp group

·        Then do entries of LR’s and vehicle detail voyage wise different sheets

·        Reports sent to client on mail as well as HOD’s and Management

·        Doing entries in single sheet & prepare dispatch report as per client requirement

·        Prepared balance report of material lying at all ports and sent to management via whatsapp.

·        Check transportation invoice/original LR and same submit to Purchase dept. for the complete accounting process.

·        Check transportation invoice/original LR and same submit to Purchase dept. for the complete accounting process.

·        Check E-waybill expiring of balance cargo and extension

·        Scanning of LR’s Software entries.
