Job Description:-

–        Hardware & Networking, Printer Support, Mail

Configuration, LAN, WAN, Troubleshooting

–         Handle daily technical support activities on

–        desktop support, data network and server management.

–        SAP B1 configuration experience.

–        Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users

–        Hardware and Software upgrades.

–        Performance of IT support duties as defined by the appropriate team lead

–        Network printer installation/configuration

–        Setup desktop computers and peripherals and

–        test network connections.

–        Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.

–        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

–        Good background in computerhardware/software troubleshooting.

–        Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.

–        Personable Attributes :-  Must be honest and trustworthy.
