Responsibilities
 Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize purchasing and supplier selection processes
 Lead a team of purchasing professionals, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations
 Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms
 Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, assess inventory needs, and plan purchasing initiatives
 Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and supplier capabilities
 Emsetta blish and enforce procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
 Proven experience as a Purchase Head or in a similar leadership role within the Manufacturing industry
 Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and supplier management
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Familiarity with ERP and procurement software systems
