Requirements :

·        3-5 Years of work experience with premium fashion/lifestyle/interior brand or
international sales.
 Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions,
advertising sales, or business administration preferred
 Be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum
client satisfaction
 To facilitate the use of CRM software to improve the efforts of the sales, customer
service, and marketing teams
 to allow businesses to better manage their customer relationships and ultimately
drive more success
 conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the
findings to improve on areas of complaint
 maintains an ongoing level of engagement with key customers
 Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
 Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

Responsibilities:

 Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
 Maintaining accurate records
 Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
 Attending any exhibitions, conferences, Meetings
 Review sales performance
 Research the market and related products
 Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make sale
 Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers
 Arrange Video calling and meetings
 Timely respond to incoming emails and phone queries
 Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
 Gather market and customer information
 Make accurate and rapid cost calculations and providing customers with
quotations.
·        Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
