· 3-5 Years of work experience with premium fashion/lifestyle/interior brand or
international sales.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions,
advertising sales, or business administration preferred
Be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum
client satisfaction
To facilitate the use of CRM software to improve the efforts of the sales, customer
service, and marketing teams
to allow businesses to better manage their customer relationships and ultimately
drive more success
conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the
findings to improve on areas of complaint
maintains an ongoing level of engagement with key customers
Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
Maintaining accurate records
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
Attending any exhibitions, conferences, Meetings
Review sales performance
Research the market and related products
Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make sale
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers
Arrange Video calling and meetings
Timely respond to incoming emails and phone queries
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
Gather market and customer information
Make accurate and rapid cost calculations and providing customers with
quotations.
