Job Responsibilities 

Key responsibilities:
• Develop technical assets such as solution briefs and how-to guides to assist customers and help
drive service adoption.
• Generate product information including product summaries and success stories to communicate
the product value.
• Research and identify content gaps by benchmarking against competition.
• Educate customers and partners on the features and capabilities of different product and its
applicability across market verticals
• Understand customer needs and outcomes and proactively develop case summaries.
• Showcase exceptional writing skills to convey clear value proposition and convey technical
information accurately.
• Work with Technical team through testing, launch of new products.
• Develop and maintain web portals contents.
• Be able to create a blog post, deployment use cases, and demo video.
• Developing and executing annual marketing plans and budgets that support the organization’s
vision and mission.
• Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training,
performance evaluation, and career development.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners,
media, and industry influencers.
