Job Description:
a) Prepare cheque and bank transfer document
b) Prepare Receipt Voucher
c) Responsible for Petty Cash funds and weekly reports for reimbursement
d) Ensure cash advances are monitored and cleared on a timely basis
e) Issue receipts for all money received by cash, cheque, bank transfer and credit card.
f) Audits records to substantiate financial transactions.
g) Prepare bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
h) Preparing daily/weekly report of bank balances and outstanding cheques.
i) Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
j) Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
k) Salary Sheet & ESI & PF Challan payment.
l) Coordinate with all branch accounts Team.
Professional Skills: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
