 Job includes assessing the property’s condition, taking pictures, advertising the property, identifying potential buyers, offering advice to clients and liaisoning between the two parties. 

 Identify new business opportunities in the real estate industry by conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.

  Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets. 

 Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. 

 Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business development plans. 

 Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners in the real estate industry. 

  Negotiate and close business deals with clients and partners in the real estate industry. 

 Collaborate with other teams, such as property management or development, to ensure that new business opportunities are aligned with business objectives.  Maintain accurate records of sales and business development activities in the real estate industry. 

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong negotiation and closing abilities
