Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

1. Take care of the overall coordination of the onboarded doctor Clinic.
2. Ensuring data is maintained properly as per SOP
3. Ensuring good relationship with the doctor
4. Ensuring meeting the target of daily /weekly/monthly appointments for conversion.
5. Strictly Adherence to timing of the clinics.
Competencies / Skills:-
1. Good experience and ability to engage and build positive relationships with doctors
2. Ability to read, comprehend and explain medical reports and prescriptions
3. Good verbal communication and presentation skills
4. Excellent customer orientation
5. At least 1 year of experience of working as a counsellor in a healthcare facility.
Qualification – Essential Qualifications: Master’s degree in social sciences or Degree/Diploma in
counselling/ Health Education/ Mass Communication.
