Responsibilities.
-Handle as many calls as routed
-Building Quality Conversations
-Generate revenue by understanding the need of customers
-Upsell other products wherever possible
-Ensure you follow the customer service script for uniformity
-Analyse the situation at hand and take a business decision to ensure quality
-Make sure customer experience is not impacted
-Build and develop relationships with internal & external, so that faster resolution can be
provided to customer
-Involving completely in the sales cycle by converting qualified leads to clients.
