· Working on new products as per the requirement given by Marketing and Sales Department,
· Working on feature enhancements for existing products,
· Conducting various tests and performing product feasibility studies,
· Prototyping,
· Maintaining departmental documentation.
· Training own team members and delegation of own tasks to ensure successorship and individual (if, required),
· Adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
