ADMINISTRATION
1. Handling Front desk and calls
2. Managing Security and Housekeeping.
3. Document Management- Incoming and outgoing courier, material management.
4. Planning & Procurement of Housekeeping, Stationary and other essential items.
5. Managing all office operation bills like water bills, electricity bills, landline bills, mobile
bills and internet bills of all branches.
6. Coordination and Assistance in all Admin and Logistics related operations across all
branches and plants.
7. Managing Travel and Accommodations facilities for the management.
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates must be well organized, able to work independently, skilled at handling multiple
tasks, able to meet deadlines and work in stressful situations. Other requirements include:
1. Minimum three years relevant experience
2. Experience managing office admin & front desk.
3. Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills, ability to
interact effectively with partners, customers, etc.
4. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
5. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects at once;
6. Should be stable and from a good family background.
