Job Role and Responsibilities
• Proper understanding of written in Purchase Order.
• Customer Ledger creation in TALLY software.
• Preparing e way bill, e invoice etc.
• Identifying Transporter for dispatch of material and fixing one of the same to dispatch material.
• To maintain and keep Petty Cash.
• Dispatch details to mail to customers.
• Maintaining customer ledger.
• Payment to Transporter.
• Basic TDS knowledge and preparing TDS records.
• Preparation of Export Documents.
• Communication with Custom Clearing and forwarding Agency for export Transaction.
• Online generation of Certificate of Origin.
• Collection of payment from customer – mainly thru mail.
• Maintaining Bank book
• Preparation of cheques of Salary and other Fix Expenses like rent
• Entry of Purchase – to maintain stock of items.
• Basic knowledge of English language for e-mail communication.
• The Candidate must have his own Two Wheeler.
• Communication with Outside Agency to complete their duties like Accountant, GST, TDS etc.
