• Must be proficient with handling Online Portals like Naukari, Monster etc. But not limited to.
• Good Communication skills.
• Talent acquisition and head hunting.
• Resume screening and requirement gathering.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Candidates will be responsible for Talent Acquisition/ Head Hunting.
• Must have good communication Skills.
• Must be able to meet demands of the organization as per their requirement of manpower.
• Will be responsible for technical recruitment (IT).
• Will be responsible for handling the whole end to end recruitment process.
• Responsible for screening candidates/resumes, shortlisting as per their skills.
• Responsible for Interview scheduling.
• Must have strong follow-ups.
• Proficient in Salary negotiations.
• Will be responsible for closing of the position.
• Ensuring the onboarding of the candidates.
