Deliver the tested compounds asked by the production team

1. Coordinate mixing team to ensure timely production of masterbatches and compounds
2. Increase mixing output by optimizing production and manpower
3. CHEMICAL WEIGHING
4. MIXING TROLLEY LOAD
5. MIXING (KNEADER MACHINE)
6. STOCK ADEQUATE MASTERBATCHES TO ENABLE ON TIME DELIVERY OF BATCHES TO THE PRODUCTION
TEAM
7. MILLING ( New Compound, cuttings)
8. ENSURE CUTTINGS BELONGS TO SAME COMPOUND
9. COOLING AT THE DESIGNATED PLACES
10. ROLLING AND STOCKING IN THE DESIGNATED BINS/AREAS
11. SUBMIT SLAB IN THE LAB FOR TESTING (AT LEAST 24 HRS BEFORE THE SCHEDULE DELIVERY TO
PRODUCTION TEAM)
12. UPDATE NOTICE BOARD
13. BIN CARD (ENSURE ERROR FREE NAMING ON THE BIN)
14. BIN SLIP (ENSURE ERROR FREE NAMING ON THE BIN AND TESTED STAMP)
15. BIN MOVEMENT (FOLLOW FIFO)
16. RAW MATERIAL STORAGE/INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
17. STOCK RAW MATERIAL IN AUDIT READINESS MODE (FOLLOW FIFO)
18. COORDINATE WITH MANAGEMENT FOR ONTIME RAWMATERIAL PURCHASE
