Job Role
1- Manage all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and financial reporting
2- Create and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations
3- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present them to management
4- Monitor cash flow and make financial projections to help guide business decisions
5- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records
6- Review and process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner
7- Prepare and issue customer invoices and ensure timely payment
8- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking and management
9- Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and maintain compliance with accounting standards
10- Assist with budget preparation and tracking to ensure financial goals are met
11- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the business
