JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Performing method development of different compounds by HPLC
 Performing wt./ml, pH determination, average wt. of different formulation.
 Performing Physicochemical assays (kinetic, intestinal fluid solubility, Log D, Log P and permeability)
 Data generation, report formation, documentation and data reviewing of all analytical results.
 Responsible for troubleshooting regulatory queries with the regulatory department (DRA) and clarifying it as if any.
 Regular analysis and related documents
 Able to execute independently method validation protocols of analytical methods for routine quality control.
 Analysis of finished products
 Calibration of Balance, pH meter, HPLC
 Calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments
 Performing analytical method development and validation of related substances.
