Designation : Sr Design engineer
Experience –  2 -7 Years 
Salary Range –  4 LPA  –  7 LPA 
Location –  Andheri east (Mumbai)
Working hours are from 8:30 to 5:30 (6 days working). Weekly off on Sunday.
Education : B.E in mechanical or production engg.

Role In brief: To Design and Develop new products (mostly valves); Do design improvisations;
making jigs and fixtures.
Team size: Reporting to M.D who is personally involved in Design activities.
Location of factory is at Mahakali caves road, Andheri east. Company may resume pick –up and
drop facility in AC van from Andheri (e) station after subsidence of covid scenario. (commute
time from station in van is about 15min in morning and 20 to 25 min in evening.) currently must
be able to commute by own vehicle/ bus .
Salary CTC is 4 l.p.a and 7 l.p.a for jr and sr level engineer -including yearly bonus as per
exposure. Appraisals are done every year in june. Company believes in Profit sharing which is
done thru quarterly incentives.
Detailed tasks / Key Responsibilities:
 Design & Development of New valves & other products.; New features /models for existing
product.; Existing components.; New jigs & fixtures to enhance productivity
 Develop prototypes thru vendors and test until ready for production.
 Keep all design activities / changes well documented. Update necessary records
 Define Quality Assurance Activities of newly Designed products, set Production (assembly)
procedure, handle vendors who assist in development activities.
 Doing Time & Motion study to enhance productivity from time to time.
 Continuously suggest new IDEAS!! To improve product, process, quality, working environment.

Candidate Profile
must be able to maintain documentation and records in English.
Experience: min. of 3 years to 6 years of exp of designing valves or machines or machine
component items and preferably having worked in a manufacturing company.
