Designation –  After Sales Service executive
Experience – 2 – 3 Years 
Location – Mohali 
Salary Range – 1.80 LPA –  2.4 LPA 
Shift Timings – 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM 
Preferred – Male Candidate 

Responsibilities 

 To handle a team of technicians on daily basis

  To provide training to the technicians and upgrade their skill sets on regular basis  Drive improvements and increase efficiencies and consistency within the After Sales team 

 Define and manage co-ordination of the long range strategic plans for the after sales business based on future business growth. 

 To guide customers with technical guidance of the product Job requirement 

 Graduate in any discipline. 

 Good communication skills oral and written. (English & Hindi both). 

 Well groomed and presentable personality. 

 Strong interpersonal, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills 

 Customer service orientation 

 Minimum 2-3 year experience in bathroom fitting industry.
