Key responsibilities as the Account Manager:
Be a problem solver: help Government and Enterprise customers leveraging ICT technology to
enhance their field operations.
Be the customer's advocate: build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships by becoming
a trusted advisor.
Be innovative: craft solutions that exactly match clients’ needs.
Drive requirements: elaborate professional proposals in coordination with the pre-sales team.
Proposals can also leverage an active ecosystem of third-party suppliers to complement MSI
offering in other areas.
Meet and exceed sales quotas with existing clients while developing new business.
Oversee the overall account management:
– Drive the right strategy and tactics to win the business.
– Negotiate contracts with customers and agreements with suppliers/partners (in close
collaboration with procurement).
– Oversee the customer facing part of the post-order process (deployment & support).
The focus is on Wireless complete portfolio of products including, but not limited to:
Two-Way radio: TETRA and Digital Mobile Radios
Tracking, Command & Control, IoT and other mission critical applications
CCTV and Physical Security Solutions
Pvt LTE & Broadband solutions
Systems Integration and Managed services
Basic Requirements
Key qualifications of the Account Manager
5-10 years’ experience in sales, pre-sales, and/or project management in mission critical
communications. .
Willingness to travel on short notice as and when required.
Self-motivated, Innovative thinking, Strong goal orientation and results-driven mentality.
Bachelors’ Degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field (MBA preferred).
Government customer facing experience is a plus.
Fluent in English (French optional).
