Timings – 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
To play a very significant and important role in the day-to-day operations.
Handling scheduled & unscheduled meetings with the management.
Act as the first point of contact for service request calls and requisitions
through data and voice support.
Dispatch a Work Request to the person responsible for its completion.
Provide feedback to the requestor on the status of their request.
Provide a detailed summary status of calls on a daily/ weekly and monthly
basis.
Provide assistance to all facilities functions as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Self-starter, proactive & assertive.
Experience in office management, real estate or a related field
strongly preferred.
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Should have proficiency in English.
