Job description – ATSPL is looking for BIM Technician – Revit with expertise in electrical and Mechanical /
instrumentation design and detailing using Revit software based in the Navi Mumbai office.
Key Accountabilities:
 Preparation of 3D model and 2D sheets of General arrangement, layout, drawings using Revit
Software.
 To understand design, drafting systems, standards and design development process followed by
clients and implement in work.
 Review the input received from client and understand the scope of work and then plan work
accordingly without changing design intent.
 Coordination with other disciplines designers and engineers as applicable.
 Should be able to resolve other team member queries.
 Able to create and work on Custom Revit families where applicable.
 Attend project meetings and calls as required.
 Must adhere to company QAQC process and BIM strategies.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or I.T.I. in Civil / Mechanical Draughtsman
Should have minimum 3-4 years of experience
Experience in electrical & Instrumentation Computer Aided Design
Candidate should be able to visualize and produce clash free 3D model using Navisworks / Revit.
Knowledge and project experience of working and delivering in a BIM environment.
Full understanding and support in the development of CAD/BIM standards and procedures.
Experience in Point cloud to BIM is a plus.
Should be good team player.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Data / document management system experience, such as ProjectWise, BIM360.
