Experience Required: 1 – 4 Years
Salary Range – 20 k – 25k PM

Qualifications:
B.E./B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics having 1-3 years or
diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineer having 2-4 years of experience in Service &
maintenance activity.
Essential Job Responsibilities
The Service Engineer (SE) performs the major functions listed below. The position may require
additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject
to change.
• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
• Provide support to resolve hardware and software issues by applying technical expertise
• To provide prompt service to the site team by coordinating with the local service team and Sr.
Management Team, Pune with the proper communication
• Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
• Responsibility for taking monthly & quarterly preventive maintenance reports from our site
technicians.
• Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs
and internal service records in a timely manner.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Maintaining minimum spares, tools, and test equipment and ensuring they are properly
maintained at every site.
• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and/or all other
applicable regulatory requirements of our site technicians.
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
• Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals, and
system sales by visiting sites.
• Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts
within the assigned area.
Essentials:
• Travel extensively in the region and resolve maintenance-related problems
• Will be responsible to close the customer complaint
• On-site erection & commissioning plan with the Project team
• Checking the movement of all assemblies/systems individually at the site with the help of our site
team
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• System installation- and configuration
• Testing and validation
• Problem analysis and elimination of errors
• Customer training & Supporting customer staff in pilot phases and while commissioning
• During the maintenance phase additionally
• Ongoing remote or onsite service support
• Follow up on IT incidents
• System shift support (if any)
• Reconfiguration and modification
• Software updates
• Maintain Planning & Execution chart.
• Integration of new software solutions into existing technical customer environments
• Handling of change requests

interpret relevant information
• Good Understanding of PV plant structures, and rooftop structures.
• Multi-skilled in both the theoretical and practical aspects of electrical work will be added more
advantage
• PCB, Schematics reading, and interpretation knowledge and skills are a plus
• Able to identify the root cause of technical problems (SW or HW)
• Speaking Languages: English/Hindi (Any regional language nice to have)
Work Area:
Installation, Servicing, and tech support during the test phase, pre-commissioning, and post-
commissioning at client locations in PAN India.
