Job Description:-
– The person needs to be a customer champion and responsible for resolving all

customer queries arising largely through emails.
– Needs to speak to customers over phone occasionally in case of any escalations
– Will need to have an in depth business knowledge to understand different
business aspects
Requirements:-
– Excellent communication skills – Verbal & Written (Critical)
– Empathy & Patience
– Calm headed
Experience:
– Fresher to 2 years. Ideal experience in a similar customer resolution role mainly
through emails
